In case of cancellation or changes to your reservation, we kindly request
that you notify us at your earliest convenience to facilitate necessary
adjustments.

The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable, as reserving the cottage for
you may have resulted in us declining other bookings.

However, we’re pleased to offer an alternative: we can retain your deposit
for a future stay, subject to cottage availability and prevailing rates at the
time of rebooking.

Non- arrival 

In the event of an unnotified absence or delayed arrival, we will retain
your cottage reservation until the following morning’s check-out time, and
you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit
